It was an awesome match.  Everybody forgets to mention that the reigning Tour de France champion is Spaniard Alberto Contador (even though he is not in the race this year) and at the time that Nadal won, I believe Spaniard Carlos Valverde was wearing the Yellow Jersey for 2008.

OK, Federer is awesome, but I wanted Rafa to win.  He is great to watch.  He is like a magician.  I don't think they need bull fighting in Spain any more, when Rafa hits one of this shots (that seem to be outside the laws of physics), I feel like shouting "Ole!"  That is the feeling you get to see it.

And he works so hard, he has improved so much, and lives such a normal life.  What a great guy!

And, he is the only one who will make Roger improve.  No one else in tennis can push and test Federer, except Rafa.  It was amazing!  And then MacEnroe saying it was the best match he had ever seen.  And, of course, he was 100% right, 0% wrong.

Congratulations to Spain, it must be a very special country.

And I did watch the Eurocup soccer game.  That was because Rafa and all the Spanish tennis players were going to watch.  I thought I'd check it out to see what all the fuss was about.  It was the first I had ever watched.  Spain played better than Germany.
