Is Obama a celebrity?

Obama is apparently a celebrity, according to the McCain camp. This is because he speaks to large crowds and a lot of people like him. This also makes him shallow and unworthy to lead

 

Well, let me ask this....did large crowds make this man shallow and a terrible celebrity on par with Paris Hilton and Britney Spears?

There's nothing I love better than to hear them griping about how tremendously popular Obama is.  That is music to my ears.  I smile everytime I hear them say it.

Because the opposite "Vote for Me, I'm Unpopular!" is a little bit ridiculous.  "Vote for McCain, he's not well liked!"  "Vote McCain, the world says no, but let's be unpopular!!"
