In another post, the irreverent Rev24 asks who would you rather do, Andrea Mitchell or Judy Woodruff. But don't feel bad that Andrea Mitchell's husband is left out of this game. Check out this classic Young Turks segment from 2002, featuring Jill Pike in her first Young Turks appearance ever (I think), and one of the classic all-time segments from before the term "liberal blogosphere" even existed.

I still can't believe Andrea takes it from the Big Al, though at least he recieved a Jill blessing - classic!  Cenk oh Cenk, don't get too excited, Grandma Mitchell's a married woman.   On a related note, I recently just caught the third hour of Friday's show and can't get over how funny that story of Cenk and the laundry bar was.  No shame!

I miss the pikester.

Okay don't get me wrong, I loooove ana. But Jill was slightly out of her mind. She was extremely entertaining. She had a way of making totally irrational behavior seem like the only possible course of action.

What I wouldn't give for a spinoff show with both of them together.  I'm hoping for some sort of TYT famalam mega reunion at or around Cenk's wedding, since everyone will apparently be there.

I love this old flashback though.  More of this stuff pulled from the archives would be fun on occasion.
