Where the devil is this guy? (with the devil? Perhaps.)

Kenneth Lay. This guy has been recently spotted in both Europe and in South American islands...Did this guy really drop,  moments before sentencing, or are we looking at a pay to order CIA protection program. A sleazy grey beard is VERY easy to sport around, when your life depends on it! He probably looks like Larry David with a tan...
