Radio Ads and Sales Person

Ok, we're looking for two things. One is for people to buy our XM ads. We don't have a sales force, so we're practically giving them away. Read more about that below.
Also, we're looking for someone to sell our ads for us. Does anyone have sales experience or currently work in ad sales and would like to make some money on the side? Obviously, we'd give standard commission rates, so you can make money doing this. If you're interested, please e-mail us through the website.
For the XM ads, we're offering this deal to all of our listeners or whoever you know that might be interested. Here is the package:
$50 a week for 4 weeks
1 ad an hour (that's 2 ads a day; 10 ads a week, and 40 ads in the month long run)
If you do the math, you realize that's 40 ads for $200 or $5 an ad. That's insane. Don't get used to that number because theoretically we will increase it once we can sell out our inventory.
This is way, way cheaper than any ad you can get on the radio, or anywhere else. But our strategy is to fill up the ad time and then start raising the price. We're being totally upfront about it.
