Where are Ben and Michael?

I'm mildly annoyed that a lot of the interviews and all of the speech play-by-plays are not posted in the Members' area for podcast download.

But where is the show that Ben and Michael recorded on Friday?

As a long-standing member, I am not feeling a lot of love. :(

the friday, sep.5 show is definitely available for download in the members videos section.

if you want an audio-only version, download the video and use mplayer to extract the audio stream into your favorite format.

what is that? you don't use mplayer? you are not running some variant of unix? too bad. it is time to move to running an actual operating system instead of some shit from seattle or crap from cupertino.

Thanks, I didn't even realize this was there.  I listen to TYT when I ride my electric bicycle to and from work, so I never much had an interest in videos.

Does anyone know if the videos in this section also contain the interviews and play-by-plays from the conventions?  I mean, the stuff that is not part of the 2-hour XM radio show that is available in the Podcast section?

i saw some of the streaming live feed during the 2 convention weeks, and i can confidently tell you that you probably do not want to see/listen to the entire coverage.

this is why "editing" is the greatest invention in modern communication.

the raw feed consists of mostly silence (with the camera catching random images), idiotic speeches (on both sides), long streches of torpidity and boredom, occasionally punctuated by interviews and play-by-play.

the republican convention coverage was even worse than the democratic, simply because there was even less participation from the rethugs.

you are probably catching the best bits in the xm coverage. for the rest, it is best to give the turks a bit more time to edit down the 60+ hours of footage into a 2-hour highlights show, and watch that.

I think most of the interviews Cenk did are up on YouTube.
