Even though I know that the concept of NWO is HUGE in conspiracy circles it really isn’t a conspiracy (as you normally think of conspiracies)… conspiracies happen to that end but there isn’t a coherent push all in one direction of a One-World-Government (which is what the NWO-conspiracy is supposed to be all about)…

What you have is the natural centralization of power under Capitalism… in Capitalism power ALWAYS trickle upwards NEVER downwards (which incidentally is why pouring money in at the top during a recession as we do now and hoping it will trickle down to the small businesses is just stupid)…

Money (and therefore power) gets concentrated on fewer and fewer hands… the proof of that is in the fact that 1% of the people own 90% of the wealth in the US… and when you look at the top 10 of largest economies in the world… 4 of those are families and only 6 are countries and the largest economy in the world is the Rothschild family… then comes the EU… and only on third place comes the US… and forth is the Rockefeller family… (2008 est.)

And it also makes sense… the more powerful you are the easier you have grabbing more power for yourself from those less powerful… and the less powerful you are it is impossible to grab more power for yourself from someone more powerful that you… it’s that simple…

When any one group has that much money (larger than states) then the power that follows can influence countries… buy governments… crash economies… etc. and unless they are stupid (which they are not)… off course they are gonna use that power to gain advantages for themselves and amass even more power…

And even if they are not directly contemplating a One-World-Government (NWO)… that is the inevitable end if it is not stopped… since power flows only one-way it will inevitably all end up in the hands of a few families (we are close now) and who’s to say that when they get powerful enough they don’t simply set up their own government (they all ready own the economies through their wealth and the world bank and IMF)…

Just something to think about… :-D

But to say about anyone who believes in cooperation between nations is part of the NWO is just ludicrous… that end is NOT for the many… it is for the VERY few and EXTREMELY powerful…

You should not believe in the NWO... because it makes it easier for me to get into power... I mean us...

We know why any discussion of a New World Order causes "these people" to freak out.  Because "these people" are largely Conservative or dazzled into being brainwashed by the Conservative talking points.

"America is blessed by God.  These other horrible countries are not.  Therefore, we owe it to God to keep America as the shining example of perfection to the world.  If you have countries participating together, then you automatically will have one faceless inter-federal ruler calling all the shots.  Any chance that this person will be benevolent and useful rather than Orwellian-level evil and punitive?  Of course not--not to a paranoid Conservative mind.  Once this happens, America is gone and Jesus will weep that the one country He loved and blessed now has to take orders from countries like France and Ooga-Boogathiopia and Jihadistan and Siestaquita and Commieshtayaskiyevv.  Soon we'll have to give up all of our bombs and be hypnotized and surrender all of our freedoms and eat gruel while working in a nail factory in snowy Finland--just to satisfy the unquenchable bloodlust from the impervious ruler of the world. 

Working together to solve climate change?  Communism--red as the Devil Himself.  Trying to bargain down our unnecessarily enormous missile arsenals with other countries?   That's a direct line to us all wearing burkas and cutting infidels' arms off by next summer.  Trying to combat world hunger?  Well, obviously that means that no American will ever be interested in doing any work again, since the NWO is just gonna hand everybody out bags of rice and tap water twice a month, and so what's the point?

Every question on this forum for which we seek a logical answer comes up with the same conclusion;  Conservatives are no longer sane.  Not just terrible for the country and the world in every possible way, but literally crazy, and so afraid of any change in the world that the _default_ slope of any discussion of anything unfamiliar is now the astonishingly normal summoning of Hitler taking over the world and throwing all "real Americans" into ovens.  Every tiny development in the world is now a guaranteed and immediate journey straight to Nazi dystopia.

Yes the term NWO gets tossed around alot.  Most people in the last few years have defined it to mean that eventually all world governments will really be controlled by a few multinational corporations.

Is that really that crazy of a conspiracy theory?  Take a look at America.  We have a corporation called Xeon (formerly Blackwater) that is allowed to run a military.  Even when they were found to have done illegal actions, no one has prosecuted them for that.  

In our recent history we had corporations that engaged in dubious dealings in which they lost billions of dollars and got our government to give them a bailout.  We are rewarding corporations for doing bad things without holding them accountable.  

Both Dems and Repubs are responsible for this.  They have allowed corporations to control the political debate for the last 30 years.  On top of that, the corporations have made sure that every Supreme Court Justice must be pro-business.  This is probably because, if Congress passes a law that curtails corporate power, it can be overturned on appeal to the Supreme Court.  

The NWO is already here.  A few people control America, while hundreds of millions are left out in the cold.  It's only a matter of time before it spreads to other nations.
