23 American CIA agent convicted of kidnapping in Italy

The New York times reports on the conviction of 23 American C.I.A agents for the kidnapping of a Muslim cleric from Milan.

Making Italy the first country to contest the practice of rendition exercised by the US across the world.

The international courts have got to step in to prevent this from happening again!  Obama will do nothing.  I'm glad a judge in Italy had a spine, believe me there was alot of pressure even there for him to throw the case out.  

These guys will never see the inside of a prison, but at least they have been found guilty in the eyes of the law.

Another country is cleaning up our mess, judging our criminals.  We've abdicated our responsibility to administer our own laws.

Obama has let us down again.

that the Italian Judge issues international warrants, then these agents can never leave the US again.  Not the same as serving their sentences, but its something.
