Mixed Messages on Drug Legilization

I think what Bill O really meant to say was that making laws outlawing drugs has failed everywhere it's been tried. Silly Bill O thought that is what legalized meant. Because he could not have meant that Holland's drug policies have failed, because they have less addicts, less deaths, and less drug disease than the good ole US of A
