I was watching your show and you asked about why Kim Jung picked his 3rd son to lead.

1. The 1st son defected first to Japan in 2001 and he's now living in Macau after being arrested for entering Japan with a fake passport. He can't return back to NKorea because he's considered as a traitor and said he had no interest in running the regime

2. The second son, Kim Jung has accused him of "acting like a girl" and said that he's not fit to lead.

3. The 3rd son, is the one by all accounts to be most like him. However many of the regime are worried because even those he's 26, he's very over weight, and has been diagnosed with diabetes. 

China recently arrested a couple of the 3rd son's aides in their assassination attempt of the 1st son a couple of weeks ago and are doing investigation on whether he was in on it or not.
