Paul Ryan [R-WI] admits tax fraud?

This could be another way to protect the wealthy...
I don't remember who he was talking to...I think it was Dylan Ratigan but a few days ago congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconson was blathering on about the federal deficit being a typical Republican, using the "tax increase" scare to get people to zoom into their TV's. But he said something interesting.
It was along the lines of "If we allow the Bush tax cuts for the top 2% we would be raising taxes on businesses that make more than $250,000/year who file as individuals."
Now...I'm not tax law saavy but that just doesn't sound right.
If a business is making $250,000+ per year but that business is filing as an individual who is making $250K...isn't that tax fraud? Now, I know there are some very successful small businesses who have maybe one...two people wroking tops. Ok, I get that. But what if this $250K per year business has other employees and they offer them benefits and retirement packages? Aren't they supposed to report their earnings and file taxes on their employees and...you know...not shaft tax law?
I guarantee that people who make less than $250K would be hounded by the IRS, shut down, sent to jail, so on and so forth.
I say if there is any truth to this these "businesses" need to be shut down, sent to jail and made to pay back every dime they chose not to file on.
Now...I'm not totally daft and not going to blame all of our current economic woes on the top 2%. I think that's ridiculous **cough cough** Afghanistan **cough cough** but I still think it's worth looking into. It's easy for congress, the senate and other top 2% earners to moan and complain about being taxed when they're not losing half their paychecks on it. **roll eyes**
PS
Good on Anthony Weiner for raising hell! <3
PPS...PSS
There is this small child crawling around on the table and chairs at the library and he fell off the chair about...oh...6 times already. Should I giggle?
