What will they say??

As you all know currently Obama is attempting to broker a peace deal between the Israelis and the Palestinians. If he is successful naturally it would be a huge political victory for his administration.

With that being said, can you just imagine how the "religious right" would react! I mean they already think he is Hitler reincarnated and a foreign born Muslim Communist. I can already hear the "Obama is the anti christ" rhetoric. They DO believe that who ever brings peace between Israel and Palestine will be the anti christ. So question: With the religious right convinced that Obama is the anti christ, what do you think the reaction would be? Would they try and utilize "2nd amendment remedies"? Would they under the spotlight of political pressure denounce their absurd ideology? Or would they become Obama supporters and eagerly wait for the rapture and the demise of the infidels?? Yes I am aware this whole thread is a stretch...

There will be no peace until one side or the other is destroyed.

Thats what has to happen.

Obama is just going through the motions, as all presidents do, to divert us from the real issue of the day, namely his destruction of the US Economy...

If they think the antichrist will be the broker of peace between Israel and Palestine, and they believe Obama is the antichrist, maybe they'll stay out of his way and let him do it, maybe even encourage him to do it.

Fine by me.

there isn't going to be a peace deal.  There is no political upside for negotiating it away.

Don't waste your vote, vote Green or Independent in the next election.

They're gonna take one look at Obama and say "You can't even get Republicans to make peace with you. You want to come into our house and tell us what to do? STFU,GTFO."

"Terrorism is the war for the poor and powerless. War is the terrorism for the rich and powerful."

Those who hate Obama will still hate Obama, but who (other than he) cares about that anyway?

There probably won't be a lasting peace deal brokered by him, but there will be peace at some point in the future. Saying that one side will have to eliminate the other is stupid and/or lazy.
