Can we use the Federal terroism law to arrest Terry Jones...?

If he is putting OUR TROOPS in harms way by burning the Koran, can we nail him for terroism? They have been using these laws for animal rights and enviromental protesters....so ....

This seems right to me...where are the troopers when ya need em?

I do agree with you but if you make this the standard there will be no more free speech in this country.  First it will seem as innocent as religious text.  Then it expands to corporate property, then not being allow to criticize power in any way.

What about the mass media? If they hadn't made this obscure story form some Florida backwater a national headline then our troops wouldn't be put in harms way.

As distasteful and bigoted as this book burning is, it's still a peaceful protest. Anyone who commits violence in reaction to a non violent act are themselves responsible for their violence.

The true test of free speech comes not when someone says something you agree with or is popular, it's when someone says something you disagree with or is unpopular.
