Has Cenk become reflexively anti-Obama?

I have a great deal of respect for Cenk and have often defended him against those who charge him with being "anti-Obama " simply for holding Obama accountable for not caring about the things Progressives care about.  But I'm beginning to wonder if Cenk may not indeed have begun going a bit overboard in his condemnation of the President.

For the past two nights on "The Young Turks," Cenk has been almost literally foaming at the mouth about Obama's supposed caving-in to the Catholic bishops on the issue of contraceptive-coverage for employees of its businesses.

Yet, I have yet to see any real evidence that Obama actually HAS buckled under to the pressure.  I scour the internet all day long and can't find any references to this other than what I find on Cenk's show.  Now I'm not saying Obama won't ultimately bend to the Church and his critics on the right, but it seems a bit much to be ranting at great volume against Obama for something he hasn't even done yet.  I think Jayar was trying to make this point on the show last night but he really didn't press the case very far.

There is certainly enough actual compromising on Obama's part to go after without having to launch a tirade against something that hasn't even happened yet. In fact, why isn't Cenk PRAISING Obama for, so far at least, standing firm in the face of some pretty tough criticism from various quarters on this issue?  It makes one start to wonder just how objective Cenk is being these days in regards to Obama.

Let me know what you think.

1. If Obama had pushed for single payer, this would be mute point.

2. How much of Obama pushing for prevetative care is about saving his backers in the health insurance money, and how much of it is out of concern for women.

3. It's a ridiculous stand by the church. It's actually cheaper to insure with preventative care. So they are actually not paying for anything when they say they are being forced to cover certian things.

and a fith. Eliminate the non-profit status of all religous groups and any orginzation that lobbies.

I'm sure we're gonna hear the Cenk rant about this today, but I like Obama's move here.  Now the conservatives can't use this as an example of him "destroying religious liberty", and yet women can still get the birth control.  I say well played.

Cenk suprised me.  He gave Obama props for the compromise.  Cenk really must be the fairest man in America.

It would have actualy cost the church more to provide healthcare without the coverage. This is a case where the insurance companies pulled Obama aside and said, we will do it for free. Why? It saves them money. Babies and untreated STD's are more expensive than pills and checkups.

I only caught part of the show.  Did any of the clowns and talking heads pick up in this point or did they continue to run with the national media talking points devoid of thought?
