Persohood for foetuses

So if constitutional rights are given to zygotes and life is defined as beginning at conception what would that do to the whole concept of so called "anchor babies" Maybe I'm missing something here but if life is pushed back to conception not birth in the eyes of the law wouldn't there be a huge mess over whether a baby was conceived in the US or not, think of how many tourists and guest workers the US has and the giant mess that could entail

Maybe someone at Fox could read this. Hannity would then rant, Drudge and Politico would pick it up, Santorum would run with it, Romney would strap it to the top of his car and drive it into Super Tuesday, etc. Who knows where it would end. Forced pregnancy tests at the borders, anyone?

Life begins with Erection. Any fertile male who becomes aroused in the presence of an ovulating female is bound by God's eternal law to complete "the act" with said woman to avoid missing that sacred opportunity to create another human life to be exploited by the Religious and Financial elites.
