Here are the final numbers
House: With Dems winning 2 undecided races that have yet to be called, +28 for a minimum of 30 Seats, possibly 1 or 2 more out of the remaining 11.
Senate: In MT Tester is up by over 1700 with county races recorded as "100% reporting"
Thus there are at most a handful of precincts meaning Tester is the winner.
Allen's only hope is that the 4 remaining Norther Virginian precints have 1762 people each and every last one votes for him, thus DEMS WIN CONGRESS!
