The Many Faces Of John McCain

Google Technorati del.icio.us digg reddit
If you like this story, digg it!

The closer we get to the presidential election the more John McCain looks and acts like George W. Bush. I don't know what his strategy is all about but do we really want another term of the neocons and Bush? I think not! Perhaps, he is banking on another 9/11 or something to shock Americans into the same fear-hold Karl Rove and the rest of the neocon manipulators had on the people...You know that PNAC group (which has since shut down their site...hmmm I wonder why, does rats overboard mean anything?) But, the PNAC in order to unleash their foreign/military campaigns needed a catalyzing event like "a new Pearl Harbor". (neocon quote) 9/11 rode to their rescue. Now they were able to Pied Piper all the little frightened children into the black hole of hell. But their utopian plan did not work out so well. Maybe they need another Pearl Harbor because it seems the little children have lost some of their fear and may need a booster shot. How much more can we take? Obama or Anyone But McBush! Directly From The Butt Of Rush Limbaugh

It's hard to believe what can come out of the mouth (butt) of Rush Limbaugh but his latest tirade is beyond belief, beyond disgusting, beyond loathsome.

Yes it's very hard to believe this mindless little man could stoop so low as to praise the flood victims in Iowa, Illinois who happen to be mostly white and at the same time, condemn the Katrina victims with the same old rhetoric, innuendos and outright bigotry that the KKK type people carry in their bags of hateful garbage.

Those poor hurrican victims, who happen to be mostly of color are responsible in the intolerant brain cells of Rush, for their fate. I know beyond the pale, is too weak a phrase for this criticism from a genuine butt-hole. The only bewilderment I feel of such a creep sputtering into a microphone that goes out over the airwaves is, WHY THE HELL WOULD ANYONE LISTEN TO HIS SHIT AND STILL THINK OF HIM AS A CREDIBLE BEARER OF THE TRUTH?  thinkingblue Please watch the youtube video below:

Let's Not Kid Ourselves, It's All About Torture!

Democracy Now, had a very informative show on June 13, 2006. They started their segment with Vince Warren on the Supreme Court's ruling of June 12th... That the detainees will have the same rules that America abides by in our Constitution... This ruling has happened 3 times now... The last two times Bush and his Republican Congress had it somewhat annulled.

The Judges did not do as they were told so their ruling cannot stand.

This is the mindset of Bush and his good little Judges Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Chief Justice Roberts but Justice Kennedy was... "A Bad Boy, A Very Naughty Boy" ... (A Flashback: On what Larry Craig Called Bill Clinton ) Watch the video and stay tuned for (Renowned Attorney Vincent Bugliosi Seeks "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder") next on Youtube. The Supreme Court According To Bush.

Google Technorati del.icio.us digg reddit
If you like this story, digg it!

The Supreme Court - According to Bush and his merry band of neoconservatives the only function of this Court should be TO DO AS THEY TELL IT TO DO.  Well the 4 lackeys' did just that, 2 of which he appointed himself, the others, one his Daddy's choice and the other (he wished he was his daddy) Reagan's. Good ole Reagan appointed  Anthony Scalia, (Scalia on capital punishment: "Death is no big deal" {unless of course it's his or his loved ones} -  Hypocrisy to the highest degree!) did Bush's bidding just like a good little justice was suppose to do. But the tie breaker was Kennedy (Justice Anthony Kennedy acknowledged the terrorism threat the country faces — the administration's justification for the detentions — but he declared, "THE LAWS AND THE CONSTITUTION ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND REMAIN IN FORCE, IN EXTRAORDINARY TIMES!") Thank all that is good that Reagan slipped up on this nomination, when he nominated a THINKER to the Supreme Court. Will wonders never cease? See video here: http://thinkingblue.blogspo t.com

Anniversary of ’05 Uzbek Uprising

The Bush/Cheney Neocons would have loved patterning the USA after the repressive government of Uzbekistan but thanks to our constitution (a bit tattered from the last 8 years) for not allowing them this fantasy. With all their criminal efforts they have rendered America as the Pot and Uzbekistan the Kettle. The charred blackness which is on the Pot; doesn't see the black on himself and calls the kettle black!

This video was my entry into a contest by Sam Harris. He wrote a powerful song with a strong message against war. The USA government is always declaring war on something i.e. War on drugs, war on terrorism, war on poverty... How about a war on war? Says, Sam Harris... Biofuels Causing Food Crisis To Worsen!
SAD SAD WORLDIt's a sad, sad world.

There are many articles, news items and whatever tickles your fancy, that will give you information about how biofuels such as corn, are creating (or not creating) a hunger crisis. It's enough to make a grown man or woman cry. I know I've cried more than once on seeing hungry human beings filmed in all their emaciation ... (I could never figure out... if they can get cameras out there to these poor folks why the hell can't they get food to them??... but that's just
an idiosyncrasy of mine.)

Hillary's Loose Lips will sink ships!

In her preoccupation to clinch the Democratic nomination Clinton, doesn't even try to curb her attempts at machismo. (Article: Iran files protest at UN over Hillary Clinton's 'obliterate' comment)

Hillar's loose lips will sink ships. I can just hear her loose lips mimic Dubya's, "Bring em on!"...

According to politicians like Hillary, WE THE PEOPLE are all just a group of ding-a-lings...

(This phrase was coined as a slogan during WWII as part of the US Office of War Information's attempt to limit the possibility of people inadvertently giving useful information to enemy spies. The slogan was actually 'Loose Lips Might Sink Ships. This was one of several similar slogans which all came under the campaigns basic message - 'Careless Talk Costs Lives'. from this  link) So many lives! thinkingblue

McCain's Gaffe - 100 Year War For Oil

Google Technorati del.icio.us digg reddit
If you like this story, digg it!
Isn't it amazing, anyone who said the 2003 Iraq war was actually waged because of our need and dependency on oil, was labeled unpatriotic or worse UN-AMERICAN. Now today, while into the 6th year of this sick, preempted illegal war, Republican presidential hopeful, JOHN McCAIN, is publicly... touting that same message. The hypocrisy is so palpable you can smell the foul odor of it. thinkingblue
---
It wasn't that long ago another sweetheart of the Republican party mentioned this:

America's elder statesman of finance, Alan Greenspan, has shaken the White House by declaring that the PRIME MOTIVE FOR THE WAR IN IRAQ WAS OIL.
In his long-awaited memoir, Greenspan, a Republican whose 18-year tenure as head of the US Federal Reserve was widely admired, will also deliver a stinging critique of President George W Bush’s economic policies.

However, it is his view on the motive for the 2003 Iraq invasion that is likely to provoke the most controversy. "I am saddened that it is politically inconvenient to acknowledge what everyone knows: the Iraq war is largely about oil," he says. from: TIMESONLINE

Helen Thomas, YOU GO GIRL!

WE DO NOT TORTURE By George W. Bush
Helen Thomas appears to be the only member of the media who believes we should all be aware of what is going on behind our backs. In fact, what's going on right in front of our faces while Bush and his scourging cabal thumb their noses at us. Torture has been mentioned briefly by anchors and news sources but then it fades away... The fact that we have used this hellish force on fellow human beings, is something that should never fade. I can't do much, for that matter almost nothing but whenever I can call attention to this dreadful act, I will! I'll spread the word or feelings from the rooftops (or maybe just youtube) about how abominable torture is. But what is even more frightening than torture is that we Americans, have elected leaders who not only use this immoral practice but hold it up as a useful tool touting "the end justifies the means". I think it's more like an end to society and the beginning of anarchy. Also watch: http://www.youtube.com/watc h?v=ISuY0o1Hxno

Global Warming is still with us!

If you like this story, digg it!
But I know some of you wished it would go away...

I have a friend who started lending an ear to the conservative ideology. She was introduced to this body of so-called ideas, by supporting Ron Paul. In the past she was an avid Liberal (before Paul) and we gave each other great support during the last 7 years of insanity. Now her emails reflect the "thinking" of the "conservatives who prefer to mimic instead of think", who reject everything if they believe it will go near their pocketbooks or power. Sadly, there are too many who want to hide from the fact that we DO live in dangerous times. Not dangers from Bush's "Evil-Doers" that the NEOCONS keep waving in our faces to keep power but dangers from being on a fragile celestial body revolving around a star. Dangers from greed which is the main cause of fouling up our planet to the point of no return.
